Rainbow Care

HELPFUL HINTS FOR PROPER RAINBOW CARE

We would like to get to know all our Rainbow Family Customers better, but not through unnecessary strain on their finances.  So, here are a few suggestions, which will allow your Rainbow to give you many enjoyable years of trouble-free operations:

PLEASE REMOVE, CLEAN AND DRY your separator (Little container with fins, like gaps at bottom of machine held on with brass nut) after EACH USE and always replace it on your Rainbow.  (If run without separator, the Rainbow will pull water from the basin through the mouth area.)

PLEASE CHECK the Power Nozzle head, wands, hose assembly and attachments frequently for any obstruction, especially if your Rainbow doesn’t seem to be picking up dirt properly or if it is running exceptionally quiet. (Hoses can be checked by dropping a coin through them.)

PLEASE DO NOT store your Rainbow on the water basin!  Even if you towel dry the basin, there may be enough moisture left to damage your Rainbow over a period of time.

PLEASE DO NOT attempt to LUBRICATE your Rainbow or Power Nozzle.

WE’RE ONLY A PHONE CALL AWAY!  Please call if you have any problems with your Rainbow or accessories.  If your Rainbow makes any UNUSUAL NOISE, if it is NOT PICKING UP properly, or if you  CAN’T REMOVE YOUR SEPARATOR NUT/SCREW, please bring it in and let us have a look at it.

To save yourself a lot of money and headaches DO NOT LET ANY OTHER TECHNICIAN OTHER THAN A QUALIFIED RAINBOW TECHNICIAN  work on your Rainbow.

It is a good idea to have your Rainbow serviced at least every two years and cleaned more often if it looks dirty or if you use your Rainbow a lot.  In the long run, this will save you problems and money

Your Rainbow is a QUALITY product, which will last a long time if properly cared for.  We are GENUINELY INTERESTED IN YOUR SATISFACTION with this versatile and exceptionally efficient equipment, which provides you with a cleaner and healthier home through the unique “water washed air” principal.
